Here she is as delivered. Not a bad old trailer at all, but it had been in a pretty good hailstorm, and a couple good rips in the side.
Inside the trailer. Great sea foam green appliances, most of the wood is excellent, except...that's some serious water damage under the back window.
Here she is without the skin. Damage in the back is severe, but the floor was good throughout. Only other water damage was under the right front window, and around both wheel wells.
Now she's looking better. The damaged wood has been replaced, including new ash paneling. It was also completely insulated with 3/4" styrofoam insulation. It also received all new wiring at this point.
Time for the new skin.
Here it is, almost finished! After the green & black paint we installed all new drip moldings, awning rail, polished the windows, added new glass & window seals, new tires, caps & rings, and new polished drip caps.
Owners refinished and decorated their own interior, beautiful job.
