This little trailer had already been restored, but the brush paint job and noticeable dings and dents were not quite what the owner wanted.
We begin by removing all the windows and original skin.
Oh-Oh, serious wood damage around the door. This is an example of hidden damage you may not know about if you don't remove the skin from the trailer.
Plywood sided trailers can present a challenge to repair water damage. New plywood is scabbed into the side.
New skin in with a custom pattern matching the original is installed.
A custom three tone paint job adds a little style to the trailer.
On its way back home to Tucson.
