This actually was a very nice all original trailer when it was brought in. Owner has owned it since the early 70's and felt it was time to restore it back to original.

This actually was a very nice all original trailer when it was brought in. Owner has owned it since the early 70's and felt it was time to restore it back to original.
We found significant water damage. The pile of rubble is the loose wood we found after pulling the skin.
All the wood repaired, plus new insulation.
New skin in 100% matching pattern, new paint in the original Deville design and colors.
This is nice. The original upholstery, floor and table. Wood paneling under window is new
We installed a new household style AC unit in the upper part of the closet. This required cutting down the closet door, modifying the cabinet to support the weight of the unit and adding the proper venting and drains.
