This little trailer was purchased on Ebay just  by photos  Looked pretty good, but close inspection showed quite a bit of water damage.  Once we got the skin off it turned out to be severe water damage, in fact the bolts holding the body to the frame were completely rusted away!  Scary that it made a trip from MI without falling apart.   We ended up scrapping the entire body, building a new one using the original parts as patterns

With a combo of polished and painted skin and the new cabin with  the original cabinets refinished it’s looking good.  We used a Marmolium floor, new upholstery and restored the stovetop and icebox.

Off it goes!  We painted it to match the classic 1950 Hudson tow vehicle, a show stopper combo wherever it goes!  Gotta love the original port hole window in the door.
